Carrier 300-400 is a rigid disc cultivator, available in 3, 3.5 and 4 metre working widths. Depending on configuration, the machine can be delivered either as a mounted or trailed version. Carrier 300-400 mixes in residues, and leaves a perfectly levelled working result. The frame provides a stable and durable machine that sits very close to the tractor, saving on front ballast and reducing the compaction risk.
Carrier is a disc cultivator used for high speed primary tillage and seedbed preparation. The wide range of front tools, discs and packers enables Carrier to handle the versatile challenges of modern farming – from ultra-shallow cultivation to a deeper incorporation. The versatility it brings to the farm saves passes, decreases machine cost per hectare and provides the best start possible for the coming crop.

Impressive weight per disc
To increase the weight, Carrier 300-400 can be equipped with up to 800kg extra weight.
This results in a weight per metre higher than any competitor’s machine in the same segment.
You benefit from a greater penetration force and exceptional working results in all field conditions.
Discs according to need
Carrier 300-400 can be fitted with either 450mm or 470mm TrueCut discs. Both discs produces fine tilth optimal for a stale seedbed.
The 450mm disc has small cut-outs, resulting in an intensive cultivation also at very shallow working depth. The 470mm TrueCut disc is able to handle more crop residues at the same time as the bigger cut-outs increases penetration.
Intensive ultra-shallow tillage
CrossCutter Disc performs outstanding well in oilseed rape stubble and cover crops, whilst also achieving excellent results in grain stubble and on ploughed land. CrossCutter Disc is manufactured from high quality Swedish steel and its disc shape provides full cut-out and intensive mixing at shallow working depths. This means that an extensive stale seedbed is created over the entire field.
Great mobility
Carrier 300-400 is mounted on the three-point linkage, offering ease of operation and great manoeuvrability.
You benefit from a small turning radius on headlands and convenient transport between fields.
Trailed or mounted – you choose
Equipped with the packer RubberRunner, Carrier 300-400 can be delivered as a trailed version. This takes weight off the tractor and reduces the lifting requirement. The weight is distributed between the tractor and the disc cultivator, which in turn reduces the soil compaction rate.
The CrossBoard levels
To increase its levelling capacity, the trailed Carrier 300-400 can be equipped with a hydraulic CrossBoard Heavy fitted with a double acting stabilising bar.
BioDrill turns Carrier into a seed drill
Equipped with the mountable small-seeder BioDrill, Carrier 300-400 is able to establish a small seeded crop, such as cover crops or oilseed rape.
By drilling directly after harvesting you benefit from preserved soil moisture, while also saving both time and diesel in a busy period.
Product concept
Zone 1 - Intensive cutting and mixing
Two rows of high quality V-55 hardened Swedish steel discs aggressively cuts and mixes harvest residues down to 12cm working depth. The conical shape of the discs ensures a long working life and good crumbling of the soil.

Carrier can be equipped with a wide range of packers, suitable for a wide range of field conditions. The rubber suspension on the packer absorbs shocks and extends the working life of the frame and the packer.
